I don’t even know where to start; this has to be one of the worst experiences I've had with a co-operator's insurance agent. I want to give a special shout-out to Charmaine DeRoche. It took them three weeks to provide me with a quote, and they rarely answer their phone when I call their office. This organization takes 1+ weeks to generate a quote. I gave all my information to Charmaine last Wednesday. When I called up on Friday to follow up on whether a quote was ready for me, I was rudely told by Charmaine that since it is a long weekend, they are short staffed and 48 hours is too little a time for her to generate a quote for me.
