I don’t even know where to start; this has to be one of the worst experiences I've had with a co-operator's insurance agent. I want to give a special shout-out to Charmaine DeRoche. It took them three weeks to provide me with a quote, and they rarely answer their phone when I call their office. On the rare occasion that they do pick up, the agent is always busy and never follows up. I like the co-operators as a whole, but this particular brokerage is incredibly frustrating to deal with.
