Thank you to Jo-Anne Palmer for helping my dad out today. He was told a few months ago by Rose that he would have to re-write his policy to take my deceased mom off the policy because her name was a registered owner. Spoke with Jo-Anne and in a matter of minutes it was done and now my dad doesn't have to re-write his policy. Thank you Jo-Anne and terrible service for Rose.
Terrible! Took the company 7 months to fix my car. All because they won't get the paperwork done. Then when I cancel my renewal for my car insurance way before the end date. They still go ahead and take out the payments. And I'm still waiting for them to refund me. Just terrible.
Not very happy with this company as of today. In may of 2020 I set up with this company and had a vehicle from may 2020 to may 2021 and then traded it on another. Had the new one still on the same policy til may of 2022 then was moving to fort mac so I canceled the policy. Just noticed today money has still been coming out of my bank account so when I called about it it’s apparently for tenant insurance. Meanwhile I was 20 years old first setting up the policy still living with my mom so why would I have to pay tenant insura... read more
