Just amazing and wonderful- Importing a vehicle is difficult already, but I didn't expect the actual process of getting the vehicle registered in BC to be shrugged off by four different brokers before coming to The Co-operators. Anurag (I hope I got your name right, I'm going off memory here so i'm dreadfully sorry if I'm wrong) went above and beyond to get this issue sorted today and put up with my frustration at the process. I got fabulous service from Joan Yaltema at Co-operators on Hastings. She patiently handled a tricky car insurance transfer very well indeed and sorted all the problems out instead of leaving them with me to resolve.
Last year, I didn't have the odometer reading for 1 of my 2 cars. My agent said I just needed to email it in and he would enter it. He didn't so I needed to pay several hundred more in insurance. I have the email but he no longer works there. I drove less than 3000km.
