I got fabulous service from Joan Yaltema at Co-operators on Hastings. She patiently handled a tricky car insurance transfer very well indeed and sorted all the problems out instead of leaving them with me to resolve.
Last year, I didn't have the odometer reading for 1 of my 2 cars. My agent said I just needed to email it in and he would enter it. He didn't so I needed to pay several hundred more in insurance. I have the email but he no longer works there. I drove less than 3000km.
