I was requesting a separate policy for my new car, not adding it to my old one. They said they couldn’t do that. I also asked to speak with someone in Arabic, but no one was available. I called them four times, and no one helped me."
had a very bad experience with this insurance office. The service was unprofessional and not helpful at all. I was supposed to be registered with the Mississauga office, but instead they placed me under the Hamilton office without properly informing me. Unfortunately, the Hamilton office has very poor customer service. Whenever you ask for something, they don’t handle it properly or the way it should be done. Overall, I’m very disappointed with how everything was handled and would not recommend this office.
