Very bad service
They won't sell or even quote you for insurance in the store, they just give you a 1-800 number to call. Doesn't make sense when they could just do it in person.
I rarely leave reviews but when i do its always a positve one... not this time, I'm so frustrated. Trying to insure my vehicle purchased on the weekend. Made me wait untill Monday, on the phone with them since 9 am, because it had to go through the local agency. Made me take photos of the vehicle, tried to get me to do another out of province, even though it was already registered in alberta, then just before they close for the day till me they can't approve it untill I send them legal documents of the lift kit and that it w... read more
