Very disappointing experience at this location. I have been a customer of The Co-operators for approximately two years and currently insure two vehicles with them. During my recent visit, I was assisted by Sangita Sharma. Unfortunately, the service I received was unprofessional, unclear, and disrespectful. 4 hrs and 30 min of wait time and no answer I finally had to give up and just hang up the call my self and this is not the first time , I have tried multiple times but before they used to hang up on me after waiting almost 3 hrs but now I had to to give up because I lost hope. It one thing to answer the phone and just say we are not taking Client or book an appointment but to just keep make u wait is just crazy. This would be my last day of calling this company.
3 hours for a phone quote. 3 more hours for an email to change it. 4 hours on hold trying to buy the policy. After 2 weeks of trying to give them my money, I've officially given up and gone elsewhere. Total nightmare.
No matter people put complains administration just answer "we feel sorry" but actually they don't do any changes in communication with clients and picking up the phones regarding sales team.
