I’ve called and been put on hold for 2+ hours for the last 3 days this is absolutely ridiculous! I sat on the phone until 9pm yesterday which was a 5 hour hold with absolutely no answer. I just again sat on the phone on hold for 2 hours only to be hung up on. I would not recommend this insurance company! They clearly don’t care about there clients or other people’s time. I don’t understand why this insurance company is in the business they don’t value people Time which I could give them negative star rating this is an abuse to people time . To just collect a you are creating such a painful experience. The location they have they only entertain business client when you visit them in person please kick out this company out of Canada 🇨🇦

Was trying to get a new quote As I have had insurance before with no problems however, this time i was left on hold 2 days in a row for 2+ hrs. First day i was left on hold past closing with no prompt that the store was now closed with no answer from staff. We waited almost 3 hours in que and then the call got disconnected. When we called back, we were told the only option was to go back in que and that the wait time was more than 4 hours. We did that and still no one answered the call. Most insurance companies offer a call back or email, its weird Co-operators doesn't have those options. This is probably the worst customer service we've experienced.

Yesterday , the phone bot told me the estimated waiting time (4 vehicle insurance) is over 2 hours and since i didnt time I have decided to postpone it , but today i have decided to wait the same amount of time and do some other errands meanwhile . After 2 hours 5 minutes 36 secs music dissapered than they hung up . Do I need to say more ?
