We waited almost 3 hours in que and then the call got disconnected. When we called back, we were told the only option was to go back in que and that the wait time was more than 4 hours. We did that and still no one answered the call. Most insurance companies offer a call back or email, its weird Co-operators doesn't have those options. This is probably the worst customer service we've experienced.

Yesterday , the phone bot told me the estimated waiting time (4 vehicle insurance) is over 2 hours and since i didnt time I have decided to postpone it , but today i have decided to wait the same amount of time and do some other errands meanwhile . After 2 hours 5 minutes 36 secs music dissapered than they hung up . Do I need to say more ?

Spent two hours on hold only to have to call drop. When I phoned back Priya said they were aware of the issue but had no solution to fix it. Apparently it’s happening to a lot of customer. No apology, not even the slightest hint of concern. Only offered to transfer back to the hold line that had dropped. No supervisor was available. Terrible and disrespectful customer service.

Used them for 10+ years with great experience, now it has been nothing but awful. Jacked up premiums over market price, no transparency, no communication. Sad to see a once great agency go downhill so fast.
