No matter people put complains administration just answer "we feel sorry" but actually they don't do any changes in communication with clients and picking up the phones regarding sales team.
Really bad service waited for so long after that myy turn they mentioned call to a number to proceed.Looks like very unproffessional. I am holding one policy with them also no one will care unless you ask looks like they are investing money for us. Really bad. Also the number they have shares wait time is 2 hr and no call back option. Better to avoid and find somewhere else.
Worst experience I have had with any insurance company, all I wanted was to get a quote and as shown in the photo 5 hours later with no answer. I called at 10am and I just kept the phone on the side while im at work hoping for someone to answer at some point, and then their online quotes doesnt even work 😂
I called The Co-operators for a simple car insurance quote and it was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I spoke to Lyle (not sure if she spells it that way), and she sounded like she was being forced to talk. She kept sighing loudly, seemed completely out of it, and didn’t seem interested in helping at all. I called three separate times and each time the wait time was around 2 hours. Lyle even said that was “nothing” because some people apparently wait 5 hours—which is not something to be proud... read more
