Spent two hours on hold only to have to call drop. When I phoned back Priya said they were aware of the issue but had no solution to fix it. Apparently it’s happening to a lot of customer. No apology, not even the slightest hint of concern. Only offered to transfer back to the hold line that had dropped. No supervisor was available. Terrible and disrespectful customer service.
Used them for 10+ years with great experience, now it has been nothing but awful. Jacked up premiums over market price, no transparency, no communication. Sad to see a once great agency go downhill so fast.
I have never met a stranger insurance agent, than Rajan Dhingra . I went on vacation for a month and paused my insurance to save some money. When I came back, he calculated that I had to pay three times more and increased my insurance rate as if I were a new customer. Good thing other agent Kyra was there and helped resolve the issue. Five stars for her, zero for him.
Worst experience I've ever had with an insurance company- I called insurance company because I was paying way too much for my car and house insurance, as it was creeping up and up and up after being with cooperators for an extensive time frame. Cooperators turned around and increased my insurance after talking to them due to saying that they needed to place my daughter as a primary driver on one of my vehicles (Owned by me). Very disappointing experience at this location. I have been a customer of The Co-operators for approximately two years and currently insure two vehicles with them. During my recent visit, I was assisted by Sangita Sharma. Unfortunately, the service I received was unprofessional, unclear, and disrespectful.
