Absolutely incompetent services. I canceled my home insurance both verbally and in writing. I was assured my account would not be debited. Now they have debited my account for insurance I explicitly declined to be renewed and I also have to pay the insurance with the new company. So frustrating. You need to do better. Worst company
Been getting insurance here for years and somehow got a new broker named Christine Potter. Probably one of the most ignorant, condescending brokers I've ever had to deal with. Every time I need to renew something she's so scattered. Her communication is awful, she talks over you and cant listen- making her have to back track and always waste my time in the process. I did my car insurance with them this time. Very friendly service. They also do renters insurance and house hold insurance. Convenient location. Good free parking
I hired a contractor insured by co-operators. This contractor caused a flood and property damage. They then ghosted me. (Living water mechanical) now operating as kelowna professional plumbing and hvac experts. Both still insured by co-operators I contacted co-operators who denied me coverage despite having a court order stating that the company was liable. They informed me only their client can file a claim. Meaning my only option is the legal system despite doing my due diligence, to ensure the company I hired was insured.... read more
