I did my car insurance with them this time. Very friendly service. They also do renters insurance and house hold insurance. Convenient location. Good free parking
I hired a contractor insured by co-operators. This contractor caused a flood and property damage. They then ghosted me. (Living water mechanical) now operating as kelowna professional plumbing and hvac experts. Both still insured by co-operators I contacted co-operators who denied me coverage despite having a court order stating that the company was liable. They informed me only their client can file a claim. Meaning my only option is the legal system despite doing my due diligence, to ensure the company I hired was insured.... read more
