The cooperators in West Kelowna has the best service I’ve ever had at any insurance office in any province. Today a fellow named Aakarsh Shaju went through every detail of my many excruciating questions to start a new policy for me on my Range Rover. His patience and professionalism is unmatched. The last vehicle I registered here was a Pathfinder and I had a different representative who was also awesome. This guy today was especially good at his job.
Worst place ever for ICBC. These people are really unprofessional and service is really poor. Won’t recommend to use their services. Literally you can go anywhere else you like.
