I was very impressed with AA Karsh’s service. He was polite, respectful, and got the job done quickly and fast. He didn’t give up like all the other companies did. I highly recommend getting insurance with Co-operators ESPECIALLY at this branch.

Zero starr rating. We brought paperwork to get a permit.done. After we left at 4:15pm, unable to return before closing at 5pm, the agent called us to say he took a form he shouldn't have and that we needed to come back but also get an entire new and filled out registration transfer form. The sellers were now an hours drive away! Once we got to the hotel to look at the papers, he did not stamp the permit which said invalid if not stamped. Be careful with Christine Potter because her work ethic is deprorable !! she messed up greatly with my insurance, did whatever she wanted with it, making me pay extra money in extra fees because of her lack of professionalism. She just vanished and never replied to my emails or phone calls. Tyical crook behavior after taking advantage or people. I wouldn't trust any of my insurances to her at all. I already sent an email to main office letting them know about the suspicious behaviour from this individual using this industry ... read more
