I been trying to get a new policy calling for 21 days everyday waiting in line for 5 hours and couldn’t reach anyone they said working but leaving ppl on line for all off the hours not fair so disappointed don’t waste your time check another insurance company better than wasting your time and not to get a quote.
Waited 2 hours on hold and they closed the call and told me I had to wait another 2 hour to get a 5 min quote done. Don't waste your time with this company
Trying to open a new policy and have been on hold for 4 hours. Ridiculous

I just recently called to cancel my car insurance and the lady that I spoke with on the phone had to be the nicest and greatest sense of humour of a person I’ve dealt with for a company. Wish I asked for her name but she is great at her job and made my day great. Thanks!
