The worse experience ive ever had. Been calling for the past 2 weeks non stop 4-5 hours on hold everytime i call no answer. I was told by someone I talked to before being transfered to the alberta sales team that this was supposed to be faster service since everything is done through the phone and online thats a load of BS
My review, which upon reading the last couple reviews, will be more of the same. It's more of a company review than location. But considering they now only do new policies over the phone. I think it still applies. That being said the employee i talked to seemed nice and didnt seem like they were a fan of the new way of doing things either. Three days.
