Very poor customer service
To expansive, I will change this if I will have a chance. I have difference with TD insurance 150$ per month
Bafflingly unethical customer service and untrustworthy agents. I waited on hold for 2 hours to talk to sales for a quote only for my call to get dropped by the agent when they picked up before I could answer. No call back, despite that I'd entered my own number as part of the process. Call back, only to be told another 2 hours. When someone finally picked up turns out I had been transferred to the wrong department and they had to transfer me back. Another 2 hours. There's no automated call back service, no accountability.
Very difficult to get auto quote on phone yesterday i called twice, once I waited more than an hours then after 3 hours more but no reply, please
Have been with the Shea Insurance Group for a very long time, have gone through multiple vehicle policies and just recently added on home insurance. Mark was very helpful and got us our quote with a short timeline and revised to suit our needs. Definitely recommend!
