I always have a great experience with this office, an exceptional receptionist Chris and Troy who manages my policies. If and when they leave I will probably transfer to an insurance agent closer to home.
I haven't been able to reach them for 3 days and have even gone to different offices in Edmonton, but some were either closed to not let customers in or told to wait on the phone line. Every day I sit by the phone for 6 hours and listen to terrible music that can't be turned off and this music is already playing in my head like torture, but even after that time no one answers me.
