Very disappointed with the service. It is almost impossible to get through by phone to receive an insurance quote. I tried calling for 2.5 hours with no success. I was advised to call early in the morning, so today I called at 8:59 AM, but once again I had to wait for hours and still couldn’t get through to anyone. This is extremely frustrating and a huge waste of time.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This location messed up my billing, took extra money from my account, and then blamed “the system” instead of fixing anything. Getting someone on the phone was a nightmare and when I finally did, they were rude and rushed the call. Completely unprofessional and careless.
Can I come to your office in person to get auto insurance? If not, is there any other place where I can do this? I’ve been calling every single day for the past 4 days, and I’ve learned that you’ve been “busy” for almost a year now. Is your goal not to provide insurance or what exactly is going on?
