Charged double for home insurance then I was quoted at AMA. When I advised them that I was not renewing. I was responded to with such rudeness. I was surprised. I’ve had insurance with this company for auto, and then home insurance for over 15 years. They also called my mortgage company, to tell them I had no home insurance. When I was very clear that I went to a different company. Very petty.
I called to make sure if they where open on Saturday and I just wanted to see if they could wait until Monday and they guy just completely ignored me and I kept saying hello after hello to see if he was still on the line.
I originally went for a quote of Home Insurance and they were able to help me with my request. Excellent client care.
