Was with Shaganappi cooperators for almost 20 years and after missing a payment on an account, I don’t use much anymore. I asked them to change my payment so that they come out of a credit card with a high limit so that I wouldn’t have to worry about ever missing a payment. Instead of doing this, they just continued collecting from an account that I then went and closed right after this, and while it’s my responsibility to make sure my payments are going through, I assumed the way I set things up was so I didn’t have to worr... read more
Rude operator who answers calls. She is such an ignorant lady. She should go somewhere else and leave this company.
On July 21 /2025 I called them at 9:30 after 30 min they opened. I have waited for 6 hours and 10 minutes to talk with someone about my car insurance. Finally they hung up on me. Call just ended. And now I am calling them right now as of July 22/2025 I called them at 8:58am and they transferred my call to their agent at 9:00am and right away automatic voice said wait time is over 2 hours.
