I have nothing against the staff at this location but the company itself does not care about customer service. Went here to get an auto quote after having called the customer service line several times and waited 4+ hours each time still not getting a representative to talk with. They clearly do not care and don't want your business.

Obtaining a quote can be unnecessarily difficult. Be prepared to spend a significant amount of time on hold and call multiple times due to connection issues. If it is this challenging to obtain a quote, consider how difficult it could be to receive support with a claim.

I am very disappointed with your customer service. I have been trying for the past week to get an auto insurance quote, but every time I call, the call automatically disconnects after about two hours of waiting. I have already spent nearly four hours on hold without speaking to anyone. I also tried contacting your team by email, but unfortunately I did not receive any helpful response.
