Again don’t waste your time, they will not give you a direct phone number, they take days to reply to emails if they reply, I am disgusted by the lack of customer service this particular location has! My prices are fair but when I get free time to shop around for my home auto and business insurances I’m likely leaving them! 😡
I went into the building to inquire about insurance because they cut the phone call I was waiting on hold on for 4 hours, they gave me a number to call. Same number that cut my call. Waiting on hold again for hours and nothing. An absolute waste of time.
Absolutely horrible company. Currently charging me $385/month for insurance on a 1400 sq ft home. Completely ridiculous. I called around and received quotes ranging from $160-$190/month for better coverage than these crooks offer. I called them to complain and all they did was ramble off illogical excuses as to why my insurance was so high.
