Went to this branch. Instead of helping, front desk gave us a phone number to call. I was put on hold for an agent for >3 hours. 👎👎👎
Zero interm of everything. Why you have offices and workers and you keep telling people to call and do everything on a phone. When you call you have to wait for 6-8 hours or more.
Again don’t waste your time, they will not give you a direct phone number, they take days to reply to emails if they reply, I am disgusted by the lack of customer service this particular location has! My prices are fair but when I get free time to shop around for my home auto and business insurances I’m likely leaving them! 😡
