Very Ignorant when asking a simple question
Beware of this office... even after poor customer service( unanswered calls and emails, bad attitudes and made to feel like im a child) and continued to take money from direct deposit even after proper policy cancellation. Beware of this company...👎👎
I went with this location because of the reviews, however it now seems that there is only 1 person working at this location. You can never get a hold of someone, they state they will return calls and emails within 24-48hrs and do not return calls or emails. Worst experience and customer service, I will be looking for a new location to take over my policy. Save yourself the stress and look at another location!!! The main customer call centre was great to deal with at co-operators.
