The absolute worst service I have ever had the displeasure of using. I was over charged on my home insurance for two years due to an agents error and then they refused to return what i had over paid. My auto policy was increased substantially when it was renewed despite having NO claims. They sent me my pink slips with my personal information and the wrong vehicle information (not even a vehicle i own) and then despite asking them multiple times to mail me correct slips they never did so.
