I will strongly recommend Cooperators as an insurance company . They provided an excellent service over many years . Samuel Castillo always came to my house to make me sign papers because I did not have a véhicule . He was genuinely concerned when my husband passed away and offered words of comfort . I have nothing but good things to say about that company .

I recently bought my first vehicle, and was told about Cooperators, and specifically Eleni, through a mutual of mine. I’ve never had to get insurance and was quite apprehensive and nervous. She was incredibly helpful, and the process of getting my car insured very easy. Eleni made the experience very comfortable, and helped get a price we were both happy with. Highly recommend.
I’ve been working with Sam Castillo and Associates—especially Eleni—for the past three years, and it’s been great. Every time we chat, things go smoothly, she’s super thorough, and somehow she makes the whole process enjoyable. She’s easy to talk to and really puts you at ease. We’ve got both our work and personal insurance through them, and the bonus? We ended up saving money too! Can’t recommend enough.
Such an ill mannered staff. They don’t know how to deal with customers. They cancelled my auto insurance without any reason. When I ask them they said because you did an accident. We insured our car when we are in trouble. If you’re not helping us on that day, then why you take money every month for what? I’m not recommending this company for insurance.
