Got laughed at by employee for genuinely no reason. When the call started I we had greeted exchanges and as I went to ask an important question, and I was immediately cut off. I was rudely told that my Information was needed to open an account, despite not wanting to do that yet. After going through the LONGEST information collection process I've been through, I finally got to ask my question. "Do you insure G1 drivers. Great service, absolutely amazing customer service. Quick, same day policies. Great rates, and I don't have a clean record saying this. I don't know why I didn't go with the cooperators sooner to be completely honest. This is not a paid review either. I'm truly impressed.
