Have to call numerous times to get anything needed. Not overly friendly and professional on phone. They canceled our insurance and refuses insurance for an average charge... not near as bad a DUI etc Had a claim once that a deer hit my front of my car. Because my bumper had a small spot on it from paint chips the co operators Hanover said I had to pay half of the painting cost of bumper or they are putting on the bumper and only painting g half.
