Noeme is the worst manager I have ever encountered. While she appears pleasant and optimistic, her actions consistently contradict her words. I strongly advise against working with her.
I've been on hold basically for 3 days now... and can not get through for an auto insu quote in Alberta. If it is higher call volumes, then u gotta beef up ur staff and get this going. And so many ppl are saying the same thing yet it hasn't changed... Day 1- 2 hr hold and got put through for a renters insu quote at least because someone finally picked up but it was past 5pm. Day 2 -1.5 hrs then I had to use my phone for work and had to hang up.... today so far I've been on hold for 4 hrs and 20 min and I'm coming up to the 5... read more
Inferior customer service. The online quote system doesn’t work, and new clients are forced to wait on hold for 3–5 hours. My first call was disconnected after 2 hours, and during my second attempt, after waiting 3 hours, I was told they couldn’t provide a quote because it was 5:20 p.m., even though they’re supposed to offer customer support until 8 p.m. They then suggested I call back the next day, which would have wasted 5 hours of my life.
I had an excellent experience working with jenna from co-operators. They were incredibly knowledgeable and very patient. Jenna made the entire process of updating car insurance smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their clients.. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional, and friendly insurance agent.
This location is great, I went in today for some assistance jn understanding my renewed insurance plan, and with hopes to bring doe. The price. Rob helped me, he was great he broke it down into layman’s terms for me. And he managed to bring my price down, not ss much as I would have liked but hey, anything helps in this economy. And atleast I’m still insured. Especially with what is happening right now to Alberta motor insurance sector. Thanks rob and the co-op team.
