Terrible customer service – avoid this insurance company I had a very disappointing experience with this car insurance company. Their support team is completely unprofessional and unhelpful. Every time I contacted them, I received different answers from different agents, none of which were useful. It seems like they don’t communicate with each other at all. Do not waste your time. They don't want to sell car insurance anymore. They will put you on a no answering line for playing with you. I needed car insurance for my new car, call them 3 times, every time I waited more than 30 minutes, the operator didn't pick up.
The Co-operators website has been broken for months now and directs you to call a phone number when you're seeking an insurance quote, then you call the phone number and wait on hold for hours. You reach out to this office in hopes you can avoid waiting on hold, and they direct you to the phone number. Why even have a staffed office then? Co-operators as an organization is stuck in the 90s.
By far the worst Insurance in canada, with rude service and very little help. I don't recommend signing up with this Insurance.
