Edit Called to get my pink slips as it was expired and some lady just screamed at me (or maybe spoke at a loud voice) to download the app and print it myself I explained i don't want to because i have too many app on my phone and she just hand up. Is it difficult to help client to email them the pink slip??? Customer service drop so much. So rude and lack of service nke. Speak Maria today and she just send me screenshot from someone to explain the problem. The thing she send I don't understand because English not to good and the English word they use in screen shot is difficult to understand She just yell and scream Me and say I useless. This hurt me so bad When worn with customer is it not ok to listen and explain slowly? I can get understand if the explain is slow but she just rush and rush and yell and yell
Maria is horrible. Do not use this place. Worst customer service. She yell at me just to ask about my home insurance renewal. I mean what kind of attitude? When Joe and Richie is here before. Never have problems. Now I can't deal. Ask to speak to Linda and Adrian day Linda Is not inchsrge. Only deal with life insurance and the investment...does this make sense ? :(
