Since day one the cooperators have been unprofessional, the agent who signed us up was bragging about all the bonuses and vacations almost the entire time (Ronda Nugent) After 25 years of burning wood for heat in a certified Woodstove (and a year of being under their insurance,) they suddenly called and demanded that our Woodstove be removed from the home which costed us a great deal in additional heating costs.
