Called for an auto quote, was transferred to call center with over 2 hour wait, called the Calgary East Hills local office back to ask if they could provide a quote, was told they couldn't do anything and it had to be done through the call center. No help at all. Who in their right mind would wait 2 hours just to get a quote. Tried to give them my business guess they didn't need it.
Paying double price for only 1 vehicle. Nobody can’t help with my problem, couple agents told me that will call me back and just gone for ever. Fuqin tired of this shit. Quit
I went to the office to get the quote as a human and they told me, you have to call the call center to get the quote so now I'm waiting more than 5 hours and no one take my phone so the era of slaves and enslavement of people is over. They are put on a waiting list without any responsibility. Just wait as if you are a slave to them, waiting to receive approval from your master.
