I went to the office to get the quote as a human and they told me, you have to call the call center to get the quote so now I'm waiting more than 5 hours and no one take my phone so the era of slaves and enslavement of people is over. They are put on a waiting list without any responsibility. Just wait as if you are a slave to them, waiting to receive approval from your master.

“I am very disappointed with my car insurance experience with co-operators. The customer service has been poor, with long wait times and unhelpful responses, and I felt like I was constantly having to follow up for updates. On top of that, my premiums are high, but the coverage provided seems lacking, especially when compared to other providers. Overall, I’m not getting the value I expected and will likely be looking for a new insurance company.”
