Nobody ever answers. The phone always goes to a call centre. need to talk to somebody from there office apparently has changed hands not the same service.
Catherine is a delight! We contacted her by phone and email with many questions over the past week regarding new property and auto policies. She was fast, friendly, and made it her mission to track down answers. A tribute to Co-operators and to her branch, and a pleasure to deal with.
My son had an accident back in November, and we were getting nowhere with several questions that we had. That was until I spoke with Catherine Arseneau from the Kanata office. Catherine answered all of my questions, made the necessary changes to my account, processed a refund, and provided me with new quotes with one easy phone call.
