Worst experience with an insurance company. They promised a lower price and when bill came they took $50 over the price I was given. When calling to correct the issue they then told me my charge was valid and they could not help. Would not recommend unless you want to be scammed.
Extremely poor service. Delayed services on their end to the point of having to check up on them for updates over and over again. Also had unprofessional head office interactions. If I could give a lower review I would. 0 stars.
I’ve been using Co-Operators for the last 5 years for all of my auto insurance needs, and Bernadette has been absolutely fantastic to work with. Always helping me with my last second needs.(I buy and sell cars often(very often.))Bernie is quick to get me on the road each and every time. Easy to talk to and very understanding of the quirky situations I get myself into. I can’t recommend this agency enough. Fantastic people, great prices, perfect experience.
12/10 would recommend! We were hitting road blocks insuring our (new to us) old century home. Karen made this process completely painless and stress free. Amazing customer service, went above and beyond. Reception was always friendly and super helpful! I would recommend the cooperators to anyone looking for solid affordable insurance, from an amazing office!
