2 hours wait on the line just for to get quote, and after that connection get lost, I been there perma insurance office , explain my situation and how wasting my time. Asked help and told I want to make deal and finish directly , because there is no way to connect agent with phone or mail, Their Associate Financial Advisor who works Perma Insurance said this is the only way if you dont like go and look another insurance company.
I would give you zero stars if it was possible! 1.5 hours on the line to just get a quote for car insurance!!! Online site doesn’t work 🤯 I can imagine how u present your services…
One of the worst location to visit. The lady is not kind at all She should stop talking and giving examples of red lights. She should have at least tried to help regardless of solving the issue. Never visit
