I was calling to get insurance quotes every time it said because of higher call volume it might take more than 2 hr it doesn’t matter whether you call at exactly at 9AM or 1PM. Even after staying on line for 2 hr calls get automatically disconnected. One day i called them 3 times that means i wasted my 6 hrs and day after that as one of representatives suggested to call exactly at 9AM so that you might get a chance , I did same what they suggested and nothing changed. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR VALUABLE TIME.
Stay way from this insurance company. Had worst auto policy experience. They provide quotes 30% more expensive than competition, then they apply a 30% discount to make a person feel like they saved money. 0 customer service, no transparency, deceptive and predatory. They registered non existing at fault claim to my file, which doubled my insurance. Most common answer from their staff is "I don't know". Over 6 hour wait time on the phone only to be hung up
They don't want to sell car insurance, but for an unknown reason, they will direct your call on a not-answering center! You will be told that it may take up to 2 hours!!! What are you? This is how you treat your customers? THE WHITE HOUSE will answer my call sooner!
Every single day lm staying in the line 3 + hours and no one answering me. Is that company even exist?! Or what is the other way to be connected with you.
