I haven't been a client of this insurance company for a year and a half, and I'm still having a ton of problems with them. It turns out some people don't know how to properly fill out contract termination forms, which is causing me a lot of time and stress. I'd never consider using this company again. The offices are empty, but you always have to call the hotline. They held me for three hours until I finally gave up. What’s wrong with you?

What a circus! We've been clients of this insurance company for three years. This company no longer wants to sell auto insurance in Alberta and will do everything to ensure you don't get anything. We've been trying to get insurance for over two weeks. We've been on hold for over 30 hours, and just when the policy was almost ready, the phone connection went dead, and the representative refused to call us back.
