I've used this company for years. They always take forever to return calls, the personal feeling I use to get at their last location was far superior. They are not the most affordable, and I was satisfied with the coverage I had but I feel its time to move along to a company that can return a call and make additions and changes to my family policy in a timely manner.
Unbelievable customer service !! Staff go WAY beyond the call of duty to ensure complete customer service.
