They stole $40 from my account, I noticed it and they assured me it was a mistake and would be fixed. Just a week later, they stole another $40 again. The first time they tried to justify themselves, the second time they just took the money and are now ignoring me. They are persistent, but think twice before trusting your insurance with people like this. The reason for this theft was simply my refusal to renew the policy after it had expired. 👏
At first the price seems quite good, but once the first year ends you quickly understand why — they absurdly raise it and simply present you with the fact. And trying to cancel the policy is like going through seven circles of hell.
Horrible experience, never again
They withdrew $40 from my account after my policy had already expired, and only when I noticed and confronted them did they admit it was a “mistake” and promise to refund it. During the first year, the premium was somewhat reasonable, but in the second year it increased to an absurd level without any prior notice — I was simply presented with the new price as a fact.
