The dupuis agent was rude, unprofessional, and doesn’t understand the basic faucets of insurance, an absolute joke
This location is unprofessional and even the smallest question takes a very long time to get sorted out.
A few years ago I decided to shop around to see if I could get some savings as my Insurance was getting expensive.After searching for over a month,a friend of mine recommended to go to Co-operators insurance.I found them to be very professional and they saved me over $90.00 a month,over $1100 a year.Highly recommended this company.
Been here for years. For the few claims I have submitted I’ve always been taken care of quickly and efficiently. Great pricing and great service from all staff. When my basement flooded and destroyed everything it was all taken care of quickly. Thankfully (due to Patrick’s recommendation of additional protection due to the area I lived in) without any cost to myself. 11/10 would recommend
