I categorically do not recommend this company that raised my price twice without reason. I am a driver who has no problems with the law and has never had any fines. Oscar may not answer uncomfortable questions and it's normal . Today i had made a claim to them and terminated a contract.
Unfortunately, the associates at this branch are extremely weak and lazy. This branch is consistently unprofessional, and they seem annoyed whenever someone visits the office instead of conducting business over the phone. The main reason is their poor English skills, which has caused issues multiple times—both for me and for customers I’ve sent there.
