Amazing to actually talk face to face with someone in this day and age. If you have existing home, life or commercial insurance they will spare you from the call centre!
Warning: Don't waste your time with this dog & pony outfit. I tried to get a quote for car insurance - 2 policies for 2 vehicles and I was passed from one clueless operator to another, and finally told the wait time for a quote is a mind-blowing 2 hours?!?! But stay on the line. Loool the place is an utter joke! But, thank you for being so ridiculous. I'll take mu business elsewhere, because I dread to think what would happen if ever I had to make a claim. You lot, seriously need to give your heads a wobble!
Scam artists. They will not consider adjusting our policy despite medical records proving we are paying for coverage that is longer applicable. The back and forth went on weeks, only to be told nothing can be done. This was after attempting to reach out several times before even getting an initial response. Will now be looking elsewhere for my multiple vehicles, life, and house coverage.
I've had policies through this branch of co-operators for over 15 years now and, as part of the Aug 5/24 hail storm, I've had to submit my first claim. It was made clear to me that only if I used their preferred contractor (Clear Choice) would Co-operators guarantee the work, so it made sense to pursue this avenue.
