I've had policies through this branch of co-operators for over 15 years now and, as part of the Aug 5/24 hail storm, I've had to submit my first claim. It was made clear to me that only if I used their preferred contractor (Clear Choice) would Co-operators guarantee the work, so it made sense to pursue this avenue. Had a car damaged while parked and it has been an ongoing nightmare to get it repaired. I have always assumed that when you state rear drivers side that the average person would understand what area of the car and what “parked” also means. These fools apparently can not understand that. It’s been a month and still waiting for them to do their thing. Complete joke of a company.

I've had nothing but good experiences with the Okotoks Co-operators insurance team. I switched to them two years ago after my former broker started dropping their bar on service and raising it on price! I'd like to thank Katarina Davidchuk in particular for her great work in promptly and thoroughly updating me on my account inquiries.
