I was initially skeptical about travel insurance for my mum coming to visit me from Nigeria. I thought, well, my mum does not have any health issues so there’s no need to worry about insurance. However, I discussed with my siblings and we decided to just have one just in case. Behold, my mother’s flights kept being delayed and she missed her connecting flight.
