I spoke with Hayley Yaklin by phone earlier today and ultimately came in to purchase my insurance through her in person. I was very impressed by her professionalism and approachability. There was a friendly and relatable tone to her voice that didn't come across as pushy or aggressive. It was refreshing to meet an agent that was so easy to interact with. I was initially skeptical about travel insurance for my mum coming to visit me from Nigeria. I thought, well, my mum does not have any health issues so there’s no need to worry about insurance. However, I discussed with my siblings and we decided to just have one just in case. Behold, my mother’s flights kept being delayed and she missed her connecting flight.
