The customer service provided by Jessica, was very professional and I highly recommend dealing with her.
Tried to transfer 7 policies to this agency. Stephanie, the manager, stated she was not interested.
Very friendly service over the phone. Was able to seamlessly add another vehicle to my policy without any issues. I highly recommend them for other current university students as they are sensitive to the financial difficulties of being a full-time student.
If you need to use this location, I do not recommend Jael. She is honestly quite rude, and passive aggressive. She was annoyed with our entire interaction, and made things much more difficult than needed. If I wasn't in such a time crunch while getting my insurance I would have gone somewhere else. It's surprising to see she is the "agency owner" on her email signature. As a business owner myself, I would never treat clients the way she does.
