If you need to use this location, I do not recommend Jael. She is honestly quite rude, and passive aggressive. She was annoyed with our entire interaction, and made things much more difficult than needed. If I wasn't in such a time crunch while getting my insurance I would have gone somewhere else. Because of Jael I will be canceling all of my policies which include multiple auto and home. When I reached out to ask for clarification about a policy, I was met with hostility and condescension. Rather than offering an explanation, Jael became rude, called me names, and was clearly unprofessional. She demonstrated very little knowledge. What was most disturbing, however, was the disrespectful and biased attitude she displayed during the conversation. I had been a cooperators member for 10+ years. I primarily dealt with Bonnie smith at this location who really was quite helpful in almost all circumstances. Today I did not deal with Bonnie, I first dealt with a lady named Connie, who answered the phone when I called initially, she asked who I was and why I Was calling. Never seems to be open.....they don't return phone calls.... I am adding to this review about never open. I was there yo drop off a payment on Mar 28/25 post snowstorm. They were closed due to weather...banks, accountant etc were all open. They don't even have a mail drop off box at their facility. Pathetic

Amazing Insurance to say the least, I was recommended to see Bonnie and she was absolutely amazing! I had gotten car insurance and I asked if they provided other insurance and she kindly told me all the different insurances they provided and about the online services they have which was great and had me all set up in no time!
