I have been a client of Natasha Hall's / Co-operators for well over 20 years. I recently dealt with Kathleen on an urgent update to my policies. Kathleen was lovely to deal with -very quick, action orientated and personable. I was stressed and she was very reassuring in that she had everything in hand. I continue to be very happy with the service I receive on a consistent basis from this team!
Excellent service was provided by Donna at Natasha Hall & Associates in response to a somewhat panicked attempt to make a late payment resulting from absence and illness on my part. This was exacerbated by the strong likelihood of a mail strike in the near future. Problem solved in the twinkling of an eye and arrangement changed to paperless, also in the twinkling of an eye -- just what this old dinosaur needed at a difficult time. A huge thank you.
