The late payment charge here is extremely abusive and unreasonable. I was shocked to see that the fee added to my account was more than 30% of my total monthly bill. No other provider I’ve dealt with has ever charged anything close to this. Customers deserve fair and transparent billing practices — not excessive penalties that take advantage of people. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company to review their terms carefully before signing up.
The worst service ever. Travel to Canmore to get a car insurance. 5 people working there doing nothing, just to tell me to call. 3 days in a row waiting more than 2 hours just to get a "we are close for today". I can't call early cause I'm working. What am I supposed to do? Not even an email to get help. Don't waste your time with this company.

Don't even bother trying to organise insurance unless you are willing to wait over 3 hours on the phone just for them to tell you that they are closing soon and to call back in 3 days once the weekend is over. Tried calling twice and each time waited 3 hours before having to go to work or having them hangup on me. What a joke.
The process of setting up the policy with Marlo was straightforward and quick. It’s always hard to judge an insurance company until you go through the claims process though. Unfortunately I had to this week. The claim was processed and paid out within 2 days. Very impressive service!
