Horrible experience. They incorrectly removed a discount then didn't have the ability to add it back costing me $400. Leaving them asap.
Very unprofessional and rude communication. I only wanted to ask about insurance pricing, but they didn’t listen and simply redirected me to a phone number instead of helping or trying to work with a potential client.
Absolutely useless!!! I tried to ask a question with the interest in moving over my car insurance. Because I don't already have insurance with them, they wouldn't listen to my question. What an absolute joke that lady is. You lost a potential client because you couldn't just listen to a question!
This place is great!
Don't even bother trying to organise insurance unless you are willing to wait over 3 hours on the phone just for them to tell you that they are closing soon and to call back in 3 days once the weekend is over. Tried calling twice and each time waited 3 hours before having to go to work or having them hangup on me. What a joke.
