Don't even bother trying to organise insurance unless you are willing to wait over 3 hours on the phone just for them to tell you that they are closing soon and to call back in 3 days once the weekend is over. Tried calling twice and each time waited 3 hours before having to go to work or having them hangup on me. What a joke.
Very disappointed with their service
I have been a customer since 1995. The office is not even remotely close to where I live. I have always received A+ service from everyone, including the owner. This is why I have never changed insurance providers.
While on Vacation in BC we were in a terrible car accident. Co-operators Insurance was a bright light in this very traumatic time! They helped us get back home. They helped with physical therapy and counselling. The settlement for our ruined vehicle was prompt and fair. Best part, they did it all professionally, with real empathy and compassion.
