For 50 years my wife Judy and I have had House, Car and Life Insurance with Co-operators . When a plumbing problem caused our ceiling to collapse the support we received was outstanding. A few years ago I had my first car accident and once again we received excellent support. To finish off the hat trick of great support, Michelle Parker went above and beyond expectations in helping us resolve a life insurance issue. We highly recommend Michelle and her team to you. Rates were less than half what the other company wanted to charge.
Absolutely Horrendous service. Completely incompetent. Without notifying me, cancelled my policy because of a "missed payment" (New Credit Card). Did not contact me by phone, had the wrong email address. and I had to find out months later that my policy was cancelled with a DID NOT PAY on record so now insurance premiums are doubled. When I finally contacted them to clear it up I was told "it was my fault for missing a payment. Do Not Use unless you are prepared to do every facet of their job for them.
