Very disappointed in this office. I have been a client of the cooperators for years. I had a question about a claim and the person in the office never returned my calls or provided and information despite assuring me that she would. I called to cancel policy and never received a call back. Then I was sent incorrect documentation to cancel the policy since it was never confirmed with me.
