Was a client for over 15 years. Cancelled my policy because their prices became too much. They became very indignant after that. I'm sure they will disagree wth me on this. They also then stole money out of my account after my policy ended. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere
Highly recommended if you are in Alberta and need Insurance! Had them look after our cottage insurance and when we sold and had some challenges (own doing not theirs) they went out of their way to help! Special THANK YOU to Bridgette McKeen - exactly what customer service is all about!
Wednesday must be exceptionally busy at the office. I waited 40 minutes this morning to talk with someone about insurance. Had to call back this afternoon and gave up after 50 minutes. Not impressed.
