I have been dealing with Elaine and her office for over 10 years. In June I had my first auto accident, and I was at fault. Elaine and the co-operators adjustor were extremely understanding, helpful, and took the time to explain all the steps from helping me start the claim, the impacts to my insurance, helping find an autobody shop, and making sure arrangements for a rental vehicle we're taken care of. Very detailed analysis of needs & coverage, I was surprised to find out the limitations and exclusions in my previous coverage. Changes are easily made, pricing is competitive (quite good if you consider limits & inclusions). Multiple policy discounts add up as well.
Melissa (as well as everyone else I spoke with) from the McDougall branch was wonderful to work with! It was my first time getting full coverage on a financed vehicle, and I had many questions. Melissa was very kind and responsive with all of my questions and concerns! In terms of customer service I wish I could give more than 5 stars, and that’s something I never thought I’d say when talking about insurance! Lol.
