This branch is like a ghost office. I’ve been on the phone for four hours waiting for someone to answer, and still nothing. I even went to the office in person and received no help at all. To make it worse, I got eye-rolling from their manager. I’m just waiting for my existing insurance with them to end, and then I’m moving to another location—or I’ll try a different branch if they can take my account. I never had any issues with Co-operators until my account was transferred to this branch.

Generally too busy to take calls but when you get through it’s really excellent.
Melissa was an amazing help after discovering a clerical error that had been overlooked for three years. In short order she was able to correct the issue and arrange a refund in full. Her efficiency and determination to resolve the error was, in my opinion, exemplary and an uncommon find. Many thanks to her efforts and to McDougal as they’ve supported my insurance needs for over 20 years.
