Very unprofessional service. They are not responding to your emails or phone calls
Vanessa Desrosiers is the new manager and all the old staff is been replace by new staff. Worst Customer service from the manage she was very rude and it make me feel like she don’t care about the business . Rather I prefer to move on with other insurance company and I saved 40% on Commercial Insurance. Will never recommend anyone to go this branch . I would highly appreciate Old Management and staff who worked till December 2024 . They were kind , helpful, supportive and very welcoming.
Elaine and this specific location was super good the first year we were with them. Than shit hit the fan. We had a conversation about parking one of our vehicles because we were planning on selling it. It ended up not being parked and we were still paying insurance on it. There was an over charge of 100$ and when we asked them about it in January they said they would look into it. Poor Experience as a New Customer.!!!! I was trying to get a new policy to insure my car, but I was left on hold for over 2 hours with no help. The call was disconnected and no one followed up. It feels like new customers are not a priority. This is not the kind of service I expected.!! Don't waste your time.!
Unfortunately you can’t buy an insurance policy at the office, only over the phone through a separate department. I waited on hold for 3+ hours multiple times only to be disconnected. Called back and was told there was nothing they could do/ no callback service. If you’re not already a client here don’t bother trying to become one it’s a huge waste of time.
