Elaine is an amazing broker. Her attention to detail and concern for the client are very evident. I have several companies and policies and she has been very proactive to make sure we have the right coverage to ensure there is no missed coverage. Just recently had a mishap with a different firm and found out one of our trailers was not covered after it was stolen. Wish I had moved everything over to Elaine from the beginning. This branch is like a ghost office. I’ve been on the phone for four hours waiting for someone to answer, and still nothing. I even went to the office in person and received no help at all. To make it worse, I got eye-rolling from their manager. I’m just waiting for my existing insurance with them to end, and then I’m moving to another location—or I’ll try a different branch if they can take my account. I never had any issues with Co-operators until my account was transferred to this branch.
