Terrible experience from start to finish. They withdrew money they weren’t supposed to, and when I called, no one cared enough to help. I was put on hold forever, talked down to, and given the runaround. This office needs serious training on customer service and accountability. Would not recommend at all.
They put on hold for 2 hours then nobody cares to respond back. Their service is really horrible
I’m calling them in three days and I’m in the waiting line for more than 6 hours and they are not responding
It's not particularly this place, but I don't think anyone is on the other line when you call for a new auto insurance I was on hold for 2.5 hours and I accidentally hand up while I was on hold, then I called again and waited for more than 3hours and they closed 🤣🤣 6 hours for auto insurance is crazy.
