The customer service was awful and ryan Hanna ( fat guy with the glasses) wasn’t professional at all otherwise, better experience with front desk
Very disappointed with the service. It is almost impossible to get through by phone to receive an insurance quote. I tried calling for 2.5 hours with no success. I was advised to call early in the morning, so today I called at 8:59 AM, but once again I had to wait for hours and still couldn’t get through to anyone. This is extremely frustrating and a huge waste of time.
Terrible experience from start to finish. They withdrew money they weren’t supposed to, and when I called, no one cared enough to help. I was put on hold forever, talked down to, and given the runaround. This office needs serious training on customer service and accountability. Would not recommend at all.
They put on hold for 2 hours then nobody cares to respond back. Their service is really horrible
I’m calling them in three days and I’m in the waiting line for more than 6 hours and they are not responding
