if i could give zero stars, i would. ruthanne smith is completely unprofessional and does not speak to people in a kind way. my mother went in to cancel my late grandfather's house policy and was treated like a child that had done something wrong. she tsked and shook her head and shamed my mother for "waiting so long" when my mother is the sole executrix and the only one doing all of the necessary steps for estate closures.
