Don't expect any personal care here. This isn't like insurance in past days. They take your money, and then leave you hanging. Even complaints just get a standard computer generated response. They have straight out misled me regarding premiums more than once. When questioned about it, they just say "Sorry you shouldn't have been told that", and then suddenly find a "work around", that they should have done automatically, but is a small portion of what was expected. If you have a MVA claim...there is zero local support. ZERO. They take your premiums, then they vanish. Very disappointed.
Extremely disappointing experience with this branch of The Co-operators. I contacted them on behalf of my senior mother, for whom I am fully authorized to handle insurance matters, simply to review her policy, request documentation, and understand why her premiums for a 2016 Nissan Sentra are around $220/month. Instead of receiving help, I was met with rude, dismissive, and confrontational service.
