Co-operators was a complete waste of time and money. They never paid out a cent on my claim—just kept asking for more “proof” while I paid out of pocket to gather documents and reports. Every time I called, I got no clear answers, and it was obvious they had little experience handling my type of claim. In the end, I was left with nothing but frustration and extra bills. I’ll never trust them again.
Horrible customer service Been with them for over 5 years and my insurance goes up every year. No accidents, no tickets etc not to mention they were fined for overcharging people
I wish I can give them Minas millions star. Is this Canada??? Went to office no help. Two days on the phone hold for 8 hours a day no answer get connected with out say hello hang up. Very sad. Is co operators still in business???
