Poor service, left on hold for over 1.5 hours. No courtesy to take my number and call me back. I'll take my business elsewhere.
There are one lady who's behavior is very bad. I was confused about my policy and she said me that "you are wasting my time". I'm very disappointed for her behavior.
Terrible experience with Iris. We experienced delayed responses from her on a time-sensitive manner; never good with insurance. On another occasion, we tried to get insurance for our elderly mom, and Iris sent the wrong form, and had difficulty understanding our basic request. We went to another company, and terminated the last policy we had with this office. The difference between a competent agent and a disorganized one is stark. We have a new agent that saved us 100's of $'s. Steer clear from Cooperators altogether.
