Outstanding service!
Imagine having insurance with these people for over 10 years and having a speeding ticket of 120 in a 100 zone double your insurance and then be told they won’t even work with you. Nor did they call or text or email to say “hey looks like your renewal will be higher than usual. Let’s discuss this.” absolute garbage client relations You people have zero sense of loyalty. I will not only be removing my policies, All of my clients will be getting an email removing them as well
Co - Operators Closing time is 5pm. I was visited there office at 4:30pm on Friday 29th August 2025. They were Closed office before 4:30pm.
The worst insurance company!!! For the past 4 days I’ve been trying to reach them, and every single time I was put on hold for hours. Today I spent 7 hours on hold — and every two hours someone finally picked up, only to immediately transfer me to another salesperson. That meant I had to start my wait time all over again. This is completely unacceptable. No customer should be treated this way. I’ve lost all patience and trust. If I could give zero stars, I would.
I have been using Mackenzie Insurance Group for 12 years now and they have been great to deal with. They are very responsive to my calls and emails. They are always willing to take the time to answer any questions that I have. I have my commercial, residential, and auto insurance with them. I have had to make a couple of claims over the years and the experience was great.
