Edit: i am changing this review from one star up to four, because the rates are by far the best I can find in Alberta! However, i was on hold for 12 total hours, so call early Good rates but they recently moved all calls to an understaffed call centre. I’ve held so far for over 11 hours with no response
Have dealt with Co-operators Ft Sask since 1974, great people, especially Lynn and Angie, they have provided excellent and seamless help through all types of issues. I have never had a bad experience and find they are proactive and efficient in dealing with our needs.
I recommend this branch, the staff is friendly and the Insurance Advisor Amneet Kaur helped me a couple of times, modifying my policy very fast and effect to get me a good premium.
