Disappointed to receive a voicemail that sounded somewhat urgent during my insurance renewal process and diverted my attention from work, only to be connected to an agent suggesting that I purchase additional life or home insurance policies. Please don’t leave me a voicemail that sounds urgent only for you to try and sell me more policies. Totally unprofessional, in my opinion. That absolutely does not win referrals.
Suzzanne and her team are always quick to respond. They provide excellent services with great rates. I highly recommend them to anybody looking for insurance!
I do not recommend them at all, they rip you off. In the end, they tell you that you should not have an accident
Horrible customer service with agent that owns the office. Never coming back again.......
