We have been claim free customers with this office for over 20yrs & have multiple properties insured. The level of customer service has declined significantly in the last 5yrs. We recently had hail damage to one of our properties and called this office to see about putting in a claim & also left a message about removing the vacancy surcharge on the same property that was now finished & fully rented. We have been Co-operators customers for over 20 years. Randy Jasper took over our policy from the previous owner quite a number of years ago. In January we had a devastating fire, only to find out Randy didn’t have us insured adequately. We were unaware that we weren’t insured for the contents of the building, or full replacement insurance on the building, as was requested.
