I have been working with Michelle Seymour and the team at Lola Macanowicz for years now. I am on my second vehicle and a somewhat recent home purchase. Michelle has consistently been highly responsive, patient, kind, and personable. She will never hesitate to elaborate on any questions or clarifications I have, no matter how silly they seem. It is so valued to feel like a person working with another kind human, and not a number. I would highly recommend Lola Macanowicz, and if you can, work with Michelle!

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company's lack of responsibility. Our car insurance policy is completely closed, yet they continue to wrongfully withdraw money from husband's account.This is not a one-time mistake; this is the third time I have had to contact them to resolve unauthorized charges. Michelle was absolutely fantastic to work with. She went into detail about the insurance policy and answered any and all questions I had with ease. I finally feel like I understand my insurance thanks to her! I'd definitely recommend going to her if you're ever feeling unsure about insurance.
