Fast friendly service!
Called today to pay house insurance. Left message for someone to call me back, this was around noon. Initial call was made at 8:45 am but no one answered. Waited for call back for most of the day. Finally at 5:00 pm someone called and gave the excuse that she was working alone and was busy. Boohoo not my problem. It certainly is difficult to get good reliable competent people to work on front lines.
