Been with cooperators for 7 years and I had to cancel my policy for a year cause I wasn’t driving, tried to go back with them again today and lady told me I had to call auto insurance through the phone which I was on the phone for FIVE hours and no answer… it was never like this so I gave up. They definitely losing a reliable customer
Most expensive brokerage out there. And they charge a cancellation fee. They do group all your policies together into one payment tho which is helpful.
Been with The Cooperator for 20 years, but this office is the worst. Bad costumer service representative, I don't recommend.
