Very, very bad service
They won't help you here, they'll redirect you to an online operator.
I cancelled my insurance with this company because they wanted to increase my premium by close to 100% year over year due to "inflation" (no claim history or change to coverages). 2024 inflation rate was about 2% in Canada. After filling out the cancellation paperwork in the alloted time they still choose to charge me well after that. They will not allow me to speak to management, will not refund the money they have taken, and are very rude on the phone when questioned about the charge.
