I am extremely disappointed with Co-operators Insurance and would **not recommend this company**. I had **three vehicles insured** with them and was paying around **$600 per month**. I cancelled insurance on one of my vehicles, but they still charged me the **full amount for that month**, saying I would receive a credit later. The problem is that **no one could tell me what the credit amount would be**. Terrible service!
Been with cooperators for 7 years and I had to cancel my policy for a year cause I wasn’t driving, tried to go back with them again today and lady told me I had to call auto insurance through the phone which I was on the phone for FIVE hours and no answer… it was never like this so I gave up. They definitely losing a reliable customer
