Absolutely terrible customer service. Called to convert an existing quote to a policy on a day following a severe storm - was told they weren't accepting new business (extremely rudely, had to tell the person on the phone to check their attitude). Called elsewhere and found someone 20% cheaper that handled my needs same day service. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Despite their staff being super professional and helpful, my car insurance cost me 600-700$ more anually than the company I'm currently with for the same benefits... they totally ripped me off. Will never go back to them.
