I have multiple insurance policies with Josee Brisson insurance. I called to get a letter of experience for a specific year. I spoke to an Agent named Natalie . I found it suprising she couldn't get my document to me during our phone call. They are my broker. After calling me back and telling me she can't give me what I am looking for , I simply explained that I am allowed to ask for these as I am shopping for other insurance rates . I will absolutely not ever use their services again. I went through really hard times with them. They were very forceful upon things like having my roof replaced in the middle of winter or they'll cancel my insurance. Which at the same time they were trying to push their own contractor on me saying that they can fix it in the middle of winter. That was all solved through their head office and not through this office. I requested to have the representative never touched my account again in which they did over and over again. ... read more
